This service is for the bride that has done her “homework” but just needs a little help with some of the details. This a la carte wedding planning service is available at $50.00 per hour with a $300.00 minimum and includes but is not limited to any of the following:
- Planning sessions
- Consultations as needed
- Budget Worksheet/Time-line
- Wedding ceremony and reception itineraries
- Ordering event items such as decorations and food
- Meeting with vendors
- Coordination and attendance at Rehearsal Dinner
- Decorating the venue for ceremony or reception
- Coordination of Ceremony and/or reception (not to exceed 6 hours)
- Assistance with reserving hotel accommodations for out of town guests
- Preparation and delivery of welcome baskets for out of town guests
- Plan and book activities for weekend guests
- Personal Shopping
- Sending invitations
- Managing RSVP’s
- Sending Thank You cards
- General errands
Exquisite Events will keep detailed records of time spent and submit the same to the client on a weekly basis.
