Wedding Assistant

This service is for the bride that has done her “homework” but just needs a little help with some of the details.  This a la carte wedding planning service is available at $50.00 per hour with a $300.00 minimum and includes but is not limited to any of the following:

  •   Planning sessions
  •   Consultations as needed
  •   Budget Worksheet/Time-line
  •   Wedding ceremony and reception itineraries
  •   Ordering event items such as decorations and food
  •   Meeting with vendors
  •   Coordination and attendance at Rehearsal Dinner
  •   Decorating the venue for ceremony or reception
  •   Coordination of Ceremony and/or reception (not to exceed 6 hours)  
  •   Assistance  with reserving hotel accommodations for out of town guests
  •   Preparation and delivery of welcome baskets for out of town guests
  •   Plan and book activities for weekend guests
  •   Personal Shopping
  •   Sending invitations
  •   Managing RSVP’s
  •   Sending Thank You cards
  •   General errands

Exquisite Events will keep detailed records of time spent and submit the same to the client on a weekly basis.
