This wedding planning service is for the bride who has already planned or wants to plan her wedding herself. Our wedding coordinator will consult with you as soon as possible to review the current plan, make suggestions regarding vendors that are still needed and provide assistance with further planning.
The services for this package include;
- A meeting six weeks prior to your wedding day to address any concerns, to review vendor contracts and to finalize your time-line.
- Review all vendor contracts and confirm all details with your caterer including the menu, bar selection, table set up and any other special requests.
- Attendance and coordination of rehearsal, up to 2 hours
- We will be on-site for deliveries and set-up, at the reception venue.
- Assist with last minute details
- Placement of wedding accessories such as place cards, favors, cake accessories, guest book, etc.
- Management of wedding service providers at reception, including caterers, entertainment and florist
- Make sure all vendor commitments are fulfilled
- Stay until all personal items and gifts are packed and given to the designated person.
This service includes (1) one hour planning session, unlimited phone calls and emails, 2 hours for wedding rehearsal and the On-Site Management package.
